Bob Mungle, (pictured on the right) is a local businessman from Baytown and has been on the racing and rodding scene since he was 12. Now we're not gonna say how old he is now but.... He's been either racing or building cars for about 50 years.

Sammy Mahan, also a business owner, (Sammy's Towing) and Baytown City Councilman, used to drive dragsters and has been on the scene for over 20 years.

The Sammy And Bob Show LIVE from HRP

Sammy and Bob interview the legendary Don "The Snake" Prudhomme out at Houston Raceway Park during the NHRA Spring Nationals along with a number of other top drivers on the NHRA Circut. Fans and friends all stopped by to visit with Sammy and Bob during their two hour live broadcast from the track including Congressman Ted Poe, Tony Pendergon, Cory McClenathan "Cory MAc" and even the winner in the top fuel dragster catagory,  Antron Brown.

The guys were in great form as they also gave away a $100.00 gift certificate from John's Trim Shop to the first person to walk up wearing the special "Red Murcury" t-shirt. The lucky winner even got to go on the air with Sammmy and Bob to accept the certificate. Be sure to check out all the great photos from the weekend and....
